About me

I have been a resident of Northern Virginia for 26 years. Currently living in Prince William County with my husband Keith and 6 children, Melissa, 25, Jacqueline, 23, Jessica, 19, Amanda, 17, Cody, 4 & Stephen 6. Being a part of a blended family myself, I have a vast understanding that families come in all shapes and sizes, each with their own individual needs. I am deeply committed to meeting those needs to help your transaction run as smoothly as possible.

My passion for real estate was ignited when I purchased my first of several homes in the area. In 1999, while working as an assistant for a top producing team, I decided to make real estate my career. In 2002 I joined Keller Williams Realty because of the moral and ethical belief system they have put into place and because of the opportunity for growth.

With a strong understanding of the competitive market in Northern Virginia, along with my years of valuable real estate experience, I can offer my clients the knowledge, understanding and support in the sometimes difficult and stressful job of buying or selling a home. Through my expertise, strong negotiation skills and sensitivity to the unique needs of each client, I work hard to provide top-notch customer service throughout the entire process, offering my clients a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

About my team

Family plays a big part of my real estate career. My daughter Melissa Milom is my marketing coordinator, joining me in March. Besides working very closely with me in the design of my marketing, she also insures that each property’s just listed cards and flyers are ready to go once a home comes on the market.

My daughter Amanda Milom, a senior at Osbourn Park high school, has just taken over the position of office assistant/runner for our team. She helps with many of the tasks needed, such as filling flyer boxes, putting up riders, delivering packages, allowing me more time to focus on working with buyers and sellers.
