We recently had the privilege of working with Kathy Hellin in the long distance sale of our Virginia home. As a former military family, moving an average of once every eighteen months or so, we have had a variety of experienc~s with Realtors and Real Estate Agents. Kathy Hellin was far and away the best of anyone that we have worked with in our moving processes. She possesses the rare combination of being caring and
personable while also being the consummate professional. In addition to these outstanding traits, Kathy has an unrelenting work ethic. To say she goes the extra mile is an understatement- she goes an extra marathon. Kathy always proactively kept us in theoop and we never doubted her dedication or diligence. We did not know her prior to hiring her but we now consider her a friend and would trust her with any business or personal matter.
Because we sold our home during a difficult time for sellers, it was a trying process that necessitated Kathy's resourcefulness and determination. Even after we accepted a contract, the trials continued with difficulties at closing. Again Kathy saved the day with her tenacity and negotiation skills. As frustrating as the entire experience could have been, because we knew we could count on our agent, we had both a positive experience and a positive result.
As people who seem to buy and sell too often, we know that it is easy to have a satisfying experience when the market is good and everything is cut and dried. To have an agent shine as much as Kathy Hellin did, however, in an unfavorable market and with volatile factors, is another thing unto itself. We firmly believe that Kathy is a stellar agent who can handle herself in any circumstance. She is determined to succeed and she has all the qualities to be an unqualified success.
